  4. I can always remember that song, it was most probably in 1970 when I was in Primary 6. My aunty loved that song so much that she played it everyday, many times throughout the day, and you know what ? After a couple of weeks, yunno the cassette tape got stretched and the song ran out of tune but she continued !! Oh how I hated that song then because of the poor quality playback ...
Yeah Robert, you trying to say something ? Sorry I don't know a word of Mandarin which is now one of my regrets not know how to speak and

  7. For those who are curious what's the song like, I have created a You Tube search. Just type ' Love without End '

Cool... We can search for others too. Any suggestions ?

Enjoy the song .... I suppose when we get older, the more we appreciate old songs Haha However I am also up to date with my daughter's current selections which are ... totally different !! I can imagine what a tough time we gave to our parents with music from Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, Uriah Heep, Grand Funk Railroad and of all SLADE !! Haha Gosh, our parents generation were like listening to Dean Martin , Bing Cosby and all the oldies. The gap was hugh . What goes around comes around !!

    Cheers.

  9. Thomas, I have always love music. I was greatly influenced by my eldest brother who bought lots of records while he was studying in KL then. That time with a Sansui amplifier was big deal. My all time favourite is Carlos Santana. I can never get bored with his music. I have attended is concert twice, one time at Wembley Stadium, London and recently in Singapore in Feb 2008. It was awesome. I even bought an electric guitar that Santana used, I mean the same type he used to play , PRS 513 model. The best part is I cannot play a tune but the sound sounded like Santana when my friend played !!
Music is beautiful and it transcends all barriers. We must go to the next Santana Concert in this region if you love Santana....

    Hi, Ted

You are genius and caring for sharing with friends by setting up the You Tube search. That was great for music lovers. I too am crazy for all kinds of music whether Chinese, Malay or Hindustani but most of all I love western music. I'm not only listening to oldies of the 60's & 70's but also enjoy the present trend of music. esp. MLTR, Westlife, N'Sync and many more other boy band. I've never attended any western music concert but had once attended a concert in Brunei, a Hong Kong based band "The Wynners" and also "Jenny" (Hong Kong movie star)Fook Shen's wife. I've also attended the concert by some West Malaysian band..forgot about the band name...I think should be the "Strollers". Music is part of my life too and I'm sure everyone of our time share the same trend of music. MUSIC HEALS.
